    wonderful access to attractions and parks for city strolling

    After a little bit of check-in hiccups, the hotel turned it around and managed to deliver an amazing stay with beautiful room views and delicious dinners at the restaurant, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby spots like Kingdom of Dreams, just under 7 km away, and Ghata Jheel, only about 1.5 km from the hotel, ideal for a lovely stroll.

    Staying at the Grand Hyatt was a good experience. The breakfast spread impressed with variety and taste. The staff's hospitality was amazing, especially Khyati's assistance. Though the room size felt a bit snug, the ambiance and amenities made up for it. Truly a nice stay!

    The King Room with Club Access delivered a amazing experience with its elegant design and excellent blackout solutions. Dining was a highlight, especially the thin crispy fries that became an instant favorite. Check-in could have been more streamlined, and the pool area, while nice, seemed a bit overcrowded during peak times. The really good service really stood out this an excellent stay.

    the infinity pool, complete with sun loungers and picturesque garden surroundings, provided a relaxing oasis on a hot day. We also enjoyed the spa center and delicious restaurant offerings, including in-room breakfast and poolside snacks.

    The only minor drawback we experienced was the lack of privacy in the leisure/TV room, as it was easily accessible and frequently occupied by other guests.
